The West Bank is entering a new phase of deeper Israeli Occupation control, with 26 military battalions deployed, forces remaining in Jenin, Tulkarm, and Nur Shams camps, and preparations to occupy another camp and displace its residents.

Over the past two and a half years, the idea of reestablishing Israeli settlements in the Gaza Strip has followed a deliberate path, beginning with right-wing conferences and settlement movement proposals before culminating in a formal government initiative in June 2026.

“Israel’s” escalation in Gaza and the West Bank, amid political and military pressures, has intensified disputes over occupation, ceasefire violations, and demands for Palestinian disarmament.

The “yellow line” in Gaza has become an expanding, unclear militarized zone where civilians face lethal risk and conditions continue to deteriorate amid ongoing violence and territorial expansion.

“Israel’s” military campaign in southern Lebanon is presented as involving mass displacement, demographic change, sectarian pressure, and emerging settlement efforts aimed at turning the area into a controlled buffer zone.
